Orders

When you order, we mail you a Purple Key. We collect your shipping address during checkout through Stripe.

Shipping

Shipping is free within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Refunds

Full refund anytime, nothing to return. If your laptop isn't compatible, if you change your mind, or for any other reason, just email us. There's no time limit, and you keep the Purple Key.

The product

Purple Computer is software that transforms old laptops into kid-friendly computers. It requires a compatible laptop (you provide) and the Purple Key (we provide). Most old Windows and Linux laptops work well. Google Chromebooks and newer MacBooks (2021+) typically won't.
